Marketing & Advertising

Set up fees is $500 which is a one-off fee, other than the cost of employing any other professional/tradesman to attend your property

Bookings & Enquiries

Did you know that that some of the highest website traffic times are after 5 pm? Think of the corporate office commuting on their way home from a hard day at work, dreaming of their next get away, or perhaps after dinner when the time prevails for various enquires for various accommodation.

Statistics show great success in the conversion of simple enquiries to confirmed bookings by the response time being prompt. When the consumer places multiple enquires they are more likely to book with those who respond the quickest.

That’s why we at Hammond Property Services aim to always be the first to respond to the first enquiry, and endeavour to respond to guests emails or calls within two hours of being received whilst still providing a high level of customer service to potential guests.

Accounts & Insurance

The management of your accounts and financials in relation to the incomings and out goings of your property is all included in your property management fee. On the first business day of each month your rent monies will be paid directly into your nominated bank account and will be accompanied by a detailed monthly rental statement for your property. This will provide a detailed breakdown of the income, disbursements and sundries for each property. An end of financial statement wi ll also be provided.

Cleaning & Linen

We understand that when arriving at a property it is important that it lives up to guest’s expectations, that’s why we pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and have confidence in presenting your properties as the premium quality product that they are. How do we maintain this? I will guarantee that your properties will be cleaned and presented at a high standard. Any staff that I engage will be fully trained by myself. They will be armed with a comprehensive check list to apply at every vacation from your property.

Cleaning Costs

The standard rate for our cleaning services is $35 per hour with the exception of weekend turnovers or public holidays, cleans being charged at an increased rate. You will be responsible to cover these costs; however, we will manage the payment and communication required to ensure that this is fulfilled.

Note: All guests are required to pay an extra fee of $100 per booking to help with your cleaning costs.

Each clean will be listed on your monthly statement per booking. We will provide a well-stocked cleaning kit. From time to time you will incur charges for sundries for guest use such as: dishwashing liquid, dish cloths, dish scourer and dish brush, dishwasher cleaning tablets, floor cleaner, surface cleaner, window cleaner, light globes, foil, baking paper, glad wrap, garbage bags, paper towel. Bathroom toiletries such as; liquid hand soap, guest soap, tissues and toilet paper.

We are happy to supply the above mention items at your cost or alternatively you can purchase them.  The scheduling of your carpets steam cleaning-at a cost to you.

Linen

We only use the best linen and aim to provide a luxury product for your property. You have the option of hiring our quality linen or providing your own. We can advise you advise you on quantities etc. If we are required to launder your linen there will be a charge of $15.00 per guest.
